FourSight focuses on the AI side: governance, readiness, and mapping your workflows. You get two teams that already know each other, so nothing falls through the cracks between them.
Do we need to replace our tools?
Usually not. Most of the time the tools you already have are fine. What's missing is someone deciding how they should be used, what they can touch, and how the results get checked. We start with what you've got.
Is our data safe?
That's the right question to ask, and it's one of the first things we talk through. Part of governance is deciding what information your AI tools are allowed to touch and what stays off limits, and making sure a person reviews the output before it goes anywhere important. We'll be straight with you about the tradeoffs of the tools you're using, and we won't make promises no one can keep. The goal is that you understand where your data goes and make those choices on purpose.
